We are a total Fitness Company based in Doha, Qatar. We offer a complete range of fitness training and wellness solutions (please see Services page) but we also aim to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, via this website, to everyone in Qatar.
We will promote Sports and sporting events both via the Sports page and also on this blog. If you know of an event or represent a sports club/organisation/training institute then please get in touch on info@fitnessqatar.com and let us know so that we can include it.
We willl also post a daily workout idea via this blog so that you can stay fit on your own. The exercises will be simple but as we believe that technique is very important we will post some technical guides to the exercises on the Resources page. If you haven’t been trained by us before then please do your best to focus on the technical descriptions and videos especially when starting out. First Quality, then Quantity.
Fitness Qatar believe in a functional, results driven style of fitness training. We also believe that gym and fitness work should be only part of what you do so we hope to inspire you to take part in one of the sports we promote above.
WOD
Warm up – at least 5 minutes (up to 15minutes). See Resources
15 Minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of:
- 10 squats
- 10 press ups
- 10 sit ups
- (all 3 exercises completed = 1 round)
Cool down
